If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return any products for a full refund or we would be happy to exchange the product for another one, of the same price category.

Please not we can not guarantee the return of the charitable donation payment if you do not wish to receive a replacement product.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt and or invoice number.

We hope to process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or on the phone.
